The clay baking tray with handles is designed for baking one portion. It is made by hand, on a pottery spindle, from dark brown clay, which tolerates temperature fluctuations well when baked in the oven. It is hand-painted and glazed on the food contact surfaces with a glaze certified for household use (traceability mark LOT 16). It is fired at a temperature of 1050 °C. It is dishwasher safe. Length 16cm, width 13cm.
