It is made of red chamotte clay, coated with white clay inside and hand-painted. It is fired at 1200°C and glazed on the food contact surfaces with a glaze certified safe for household use (traceability mark LOT17). The baking tray has a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 6 cm.
