It is turned on a potter's wheel from red stoneware, which withstands temperature fluctuations during the baking process in the oven. It is fired at 1220°C. The surfaces that come into contact with food are glazed with a glaze that is certified for household use (traceability mark LOT17). Diameter 24-26 cm.
