Clay bowls with floral motif are products of pottery art clay design by Polona Zajc. They are made on a pottery spindle from grey clay. Each one has a differently shaped handle. The floral clay bowls are glazed with an iridescent soft blue-grey glaze. The rim is hand-painted with a floral motif. The interior is glazed with a transparent glaze, which is certified suitable for contact with foodstuffs. They are decorative clay bowls and can also be used in the household. The bowls are fired at a temperature of 1220°C, when the clay is transformed into high-quality stoneware. The diameter is 16 cm.

Pottery art clay design by Polona Zajc has a line of unique clay bowls in its product collection. This line includes unique clay bowls for the home or kitchen. They can be made as ceramics or as stoneware. Here you will find a wide variety of shapes, colours and sizes of bowls, handmade on a potter's spindle or cast in plaster moulds of your own making. All are hand-painted and some are hand-perforated with holes of various sizes. The result is a beautiful pattern typical of pottery art. Some of the unique clay bowls have details accentuated with real gold, giving them a solemn and, above all, precious touch. The gold is applied by hand, with a brush, and is completely durable, as it is fired with a third firing at 800°C.

Clay flower pots 

Clay flower pots are useful and decorative deep bowls. They have different shaped handles around the rim for a better grip. The earthenware bowls are decorated with a sculpted floral pattern, which is hand-painted with different glazes. The rest is covered with a soft blue-grey iridescent glaze. Inside, a transparent glaze ensures that the earthenware bowls are also food-safe. As they are fired at a high temperature, they are of high quality and durability and can be washed in the dishwasher. At the same time, the clay flower bowls in themselves brighten up any piece of furniture on which they are placed.
