Slovenian The unique clay cups are products of the pottery art clay design of Polona Zajc. They are exclusively handmade cups made from different clays, either in the technique of rotating the clay on a potter's spindle or pouring the liquid clay into plaster moulds, which are also of her own making. The painting is done with different glazes, engobe (clay mixed with pigment), underglaze paints, oxides... On surfaces where there is contact with food, the cups are always glazed with an impeccable glaze, certified for household use. They are therefore of top quality and dishwasher safe.

The unique clay cups are part of Polona Zajc's Pottery Art clay design products. They are made as ceramics or as stoneware, depending on which clay was used. The ceramic and stoneware cups, as well as all the products on this website, are the product of the designer's imagination, and some of them also relate to specific themes. For example, the labyrinth cups, which feature symbols of labyrinths.
Labyrinth cups
Skodelice z labirinti je serija unikatne skodelice iz gline, na katerih so upodobljeni simboli labirintov. Te oblike so lahko vrezane v glino, naslikane, narejene kot reliefen odtis, ali kako drugače oblikovane. Labirinti so viri moči in s svojo prisotnostjo dajejo določeno energijo uporabniku in prostoru, v katerem se nahajajo. Skodelice z labirinti imajo določen pomen. Labirintov je devet oblik, od tega jih ima sedem svojo zrcalno obliko. V seriji je lahko 16 različnih skodelic. Vsaka nosi svoj namen uporabe. Vsak uporabnik si lahko izbere svojo obliko labirinta, ki mu ustreza. Simboli labirintov blagodejno vplivajo na ljudi in na okolico.
Ceramic cups

They are glazed with glazes that are intended for contact with food, so they are safe for household use. They are dishwasher safe. They are made exclusively by hand, usually in the technique of rotation on a potter's spindle. The motifs on the cups are imaginary, hand-painted with different colours. Ceramic cups are made in all sizes and colours for different purposes. They can also be made to order.
Stoneware cups
Stoneware cups are part of the series of unique clay cups Pottery art clay design by Polona Zajc. They are made of special clays that can withstand high firing temperatures, around 1220°C. This gives them an even higher quality. They are glazed with glazes intended for contact with foodstuffs, so they are safe for household use. They can be washed in the dishwasher. They are made entirely by hand, both the clay moulding and the painting. This collection also includes stoneware cups with details painted in precious metals such as gold or platinum. These are precious cups of high quality.
