Clay jewelry Leaves in the Wind is a pottery art product designed by Polona Zajc. This series of clay jewelry depicts leaves from various trees. The ceramic tree leaves are impressions of plaster models made by the artist herself. The leaves are made of black clay and painted in various shades of glaze, which offer beautiful effects of flowing colors. Pure gold is applied around the edge. They are fired at 1220°C, and the gold is fired with a third firing at 800°C.
