Review of work in 2025
The review of work in 2025 is a kind of inventory through monthly activities in Polona Zajc's pottery art clay design. We started our monthly work in 2025 by cleaning the workshop and clearing out the stock. A new collection of products was created. We put a lot of effort into advertising our unique clay products, lowering prices, and giving gifts with purchases. In 2025, we also celebrated 30 years of pottery art creation with clay and organized an exhibition of works.

Pottery art clay design by Polona Zajc has a variety of unique clay products in her collection. All of them are made by hand, in different design techniques. A wide variety of clays are used. They differ in colour, texture, shaping and firing ability. This is how the Pottery Art Workshop creates unique products, both useful and decorative, and even a piece of art, if not all of them small works of art.

January
In the pottery art workshop, we started the new year with a cleaning campaign. First, we physically cleaned the workshop, then we sold off our stock online. We decided to reduce prices by 20% on certain products.
February
Valentine's Day gifts were the theme of Polona Zajc's pottery art clay design sale in February. For Valentine's Day, we decided to reduce the prices of certain products that are suitable as gifts for this day. We reduced prices by 20%.
March
In early March, based on an application I submitted to the Chamber of Crafts and Small Businesses, I was awarded the honorary title of recognized craftswoman. The commission for this title, appointed by the Chamber of Crafts and Small Businesses of Slovenia, issued an opinion based on the Law on the Preservation and Development of Handicrafts that I have mastered the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the handicraft field of ceramic design.
March-April
Easter gift was a sales campaign for Polona Zajc's pottery art clay design, which began in March and ran until Easter. During this holiday, almost every family circle is filled with the aroma of traditional delicacies. In our region, our favorite is potica. The main feature, of course, is eggs decorated in various ways. That is why we at Pottery Art decided to offer an Easter gift. With the purchase of any ceramic baking dish for oven baking featured on our website, we gave away a beautiful, handmade clay egg.
May-September

October
30 years later is an event that will mark 30 years of my professional career in 2025. In 1995, I decided that pottery would be my independent profession. Of course, I had already been working with ceramics for almost ten years at that point. Based on this experience, going independent was a logical choice. A few years earlier, I had set up a pleasant workshop at my home in Mengeš, where I still work today.
October-November
The pop-up ceramic sales exhibition was entitled 30 Years Later. It was initiated by Tatjana Hlačer, who also organized and hosted the event at the Koren farm in Perovo near Kamnik, where she lives. On display was a selection of clay creations by Polona Zajc. The selection was made by Tatjana Legat Lokar, who also designed the exhibition. Visitors were able to view it every afternoon from October 21 to November 4, 2025. Two other events took place within this framework. Creating on the potter's wheel was a workshop where we worked with visitors to shape clay on the wheel and in other ways. A conversation with the artist concluded the exhibition and took place in a spontaneous, pleasant atmosphere.
December
Happy December 2025 was a sales promotion on the website. It ran from the beginning of December and ended on the last day of December and the end of 2025. It took place in two parts. Until December 15, we sent out flyers informing potential customers about the sales campaign on our website, and from that date onwards, we specifically invited them to visit the website. Both campaigns were well received and attracted quite a few customers.
