Unique clay bead jewellery

Unique clay bead jewellery is a product of pottery art clay design by Polona Zajc. It is a handmade clay bead suspended from a black waxed cord, held together by a metal clasp. The beads are made of different colours of clay. They are fired at a temperature of 1200°C and are therefore extremely hard. Each bead is a different colour as they are glazed with different glazes. Some have a pattern of incised lines, others have different sized holes and some have a combination of lines and holes. The handmade clay bead has a diameter of 2,5 cm.
