Unique turquoise bowl with holes is a product of pottery art clay design by Polona Zajc. The technique of production is casting liquid clay into a plaster model of her own making. It is made of black clay, fired at a temperature of 1220°C, turning the clay into stoneware. The surface is hand-carved with a pattern of holes and lines typical of pottery art clay moulding. It is glazed in a turquoise glaze and the details are highlighted with real gold fired at 800°C. The handmade turquoise bowl with holes has a diameter of 11 cm and is 12 cm high.
